Divisions & Eligibility
Division placement is based on birthdate cutoffs for each sport.

Divisions are based on your child’s birthdate as of April 30, 2026 (Baseball) and August 31, 2025 (Softball).

Returning players stay on the same team if they remain in the same division.

Zero play-up / play-down policy. If a division isn’t available, your child isn’t eligible.

Family Discounts
- 1st player = full price
- Each additional family member receives a $10 discount
Schedule of Payments & Placement Policy
- All fees must be paid in full upon registration
- All players will be placed on a team (team/coach requests not guaranteed)
- No team or division changes once rosters are released
- A $25 cancellation fee applies to all accounts

After March 1, registration moves to a Wait List
- Player Agents may close divisions earlier if needed
- If released from the Wait List, full payment is due before placement

Unpaid accounts after April 15 (May 1 for Shetland) will result in removal from the team until balance is paid
